Q: Can I get a refund or exchange once payment is made? 

A: Refund will only take place if the item is out of stock. However, exchange is allowable (for normal price item) if the sizing is incorrect or visible defect shown.

Q: How long after I receive will I still be able to make exchange?

A: You may exchange within 7 days after you have received the item. The item must be with its original packaging & tags - we may reject if we found there is any alteration, odour or damage. We reserve the right to reject any return if it does not meet these requirements. Note that, delivery charge will be borne by buyer.
