1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUND)


We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or cash returns for:

    •    change of mind

    •    wrong size chosen

    •    wrong colour chosen

    •    accidental orders

    •    delays caused by courier

    •    items purchased during promotions or discounts


Refunds are only provided if a product is confirmed to be defective and we have no replacement available.



2. ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE


We accept exchanges ONLY for the following reasons:


✔ Wrong size


✔ Wrong item received


✔ Defective item (manufacturing defect)


To be eligible for an exchange:

    •    The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

    •    Tags must remain attached.

    •    Item must be returned in protective packaging.


We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.



3. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS


The following items are not eligible for exchange:


❌ Items purchased on sale / discounted

❌ Items bought during promotional periods

❌ Items showing signs of wear, stain, perfume scent, or alteration

❌ Items damaged due to customer handling

❌ Accessories (if any)



4. DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY


A product is considered defective if:

    •    there is a visible manufacturing flaw

    •    wrong stitching, hole, major stain

    •    zipper/button malfunction on arrival


Minor differences in:

    •    colour tone,

    •    loose threads,

    •    measurements within 1–3cm

are not considered defects due to material and production variation.


If a defect is confirmed and the item is in stock, we will send a replacement.

If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.



5. TIMEFRAME TO REQUEST EXCHANGE


You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.


Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.



6. RETURN SHIPPING COST


📌 Customer bears the return shipping fee for:

    •    size exchange

    •    wrong item ordered

    •    colour exchange


📌 SAÉA will bear the shipping cost for:

    •    wrong item sent by us

    •    confirmed defective item


Return parcels sent as Cash on Delivery (COD) will be rejected.



7. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

    1.    Full name

    2.    Order number

    3.    Item name & size

    4.    Reason for exchange

    5.    Clear photos/videos of the item


Our team will respond within 2–3 working days.



8. PROCESSING TIME


Once we receive your returned item:

    •    It will be inspected within 3 working days

    •    If approved, we will ship out your replacement


Processing may take longer during peak seasons.



9. STORE CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE)


If replacement stock is unavailable, you will receive store credit with:

    •    No expiry date

    •    Usable on all full-priced items only


Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.



10. LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS


We highly recommend using a tracked courier service.

SAÉA is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.



11. FINAL DECISION


SAÉA reserves the right to:

    •    approve or reject any return/exchange request

    •    deny exchanges that do not follow the policy

    •    update this policy at any time
